1990-2000- Entered
real estate business by developing large scale
commercial complexes and have dominated the
Delhi landscape under the CHD Developers brand
name.
Some of the state-of-the-art
complexes and
commercially run restaurants constructed by
CHD
Developers include Capital Exim Center, Okhla;
Capital Plaza &. Capital Tower, Paschim Vihar;
Laxmi Bazar, Vikas Puri; Gaurav Tower, Vikas
Puri; Radha Chambers, Vikas Puri; Anchal Plaza,
Vasant Kunj. They have also constructed and
today manage the Tequila Restaurant in New
Delhi.
CHD Developers expanded into the
residential
sector with
Gayatrilok, a project that captured
the quintessence of
Haridwar.
They launched Capital Chambers in Dwarka in
2000. This is a primary location for expanding
multi national companies and BPO providers.
The company brand was firmly established in
North India in these years with premium projects
and complexes. It just remained for the company
to make its mark in the rest of the country
which it did with elan in the following years.
