1990-2000- Entered real estate business by developing large scale commercial complexes and have dominated the Delhi landscape under the CHD Developers brand name. Some of the state-of-the-art complexes and commercially run restaurants constructed by CHD Developers include Capital Exim Center, Okhla; Capital Plaza &. Capital Tower, Paschim Vihar; Laxmi Bazar, Vikas Puri; Gaurav Tower, Vikas Puri; Radha Chambers, Vikas Puri; Anchal Plaza, Vasant Kunj. They have also constructed and today manage the Tequila Restaurant in New Delhi. CHD Developers expanded into the residential sector with Gayatrilok, a project that captured the quintessence of Haridwar. They launched Capital Chambers in Dwarka in 2000. This is a primary location for expanding multi national companies and BPO providers. The company brand was firmly established in North India in these years with premium projects and complexes.
