Mr R.K. Mittal, the founding spirit behind
CHD Developers, was born in a reputed family
of legal experts of Bathinda, Punjab, in
1953. After pursuing the legal profession
for a few years, he realized his calling lay
elsewhere. In 1978, he bagged his first
government contract with MES.
