5. The Board of Directors of the Company have allotted 31533600 equity shares to the Members of Capital Homes Ltd
   on 30th June, 2007
6. Figures for the Qtr. Ending 31.03.07 & Yr. Ending 31.03.07 have been accounted for after taking effect of the merger of
   M/s Capital Homes Ltd. with the Co.
