4. During the quarter, the Board at its meeting held on 10th Oct, 2006 has approved the Scheme of Merger of Company with
   M/s Capital Homes Limited.
5. The members of the Company have approved the proposal of raising funds through Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP)
   at their Extraordinary General Meeting held on 9th Jan, 2007.
6. These results have been Subjected to "Limited Review" by the Auditors of the Company.
